Because we did not want this worthy book -- and its readers -- to suffer these errors, we decided to print, on our own, the completed maps.." Hence only the book club edition includes the corrected maps -- putting it one-up on the first edition. Copies of these book club edition extras are provided with this first edition, though -- best of both worlds. .
