[Torquay postal cancellation], n.y. [1811 April 30 postal cancellation]. Very good. Front portion (only) of a pale blue envelope, addressed in Pelham's hand to C.K. Murray Esq. at 5 Whitehall Place in London and signed by him at lower left with his title. Attractive. .
