Seaton / Sec'y Interior" in black fineline and dated by him "2-29-72" on a fine heavy stock 5" X 3" card. With original envelope. Accompanied by an oustanding original glossy black-and-white 9" X 7" news agency photograph, an Oval Office scene with President Eisenhower at left chatting with four gents. Printed caption at bottom dates this image 12 June 1957 and describes the scene: "Three members of the legislature of the Virgin Islands called at the White House today to pay their respects to President Eisenhower.." In the middle is "Interior Secretary Fred Seaton, who introduced the trio.." A sharp pair. .
