Description: Starting in the chorus line, this actress rose to leading lady status in the 1930s and '40s, appeaing in dozens of films between 1929 and 1943,then moved into radio and television. Bold signature in black fineline on a fine heavy stock 5" X 3" card, dated by her 14 December 1984 at upper right. Fine. With original envelope, partly addressed in her hand. Accompanied by a superb, heavy stock 5" X 7" photograph, a head-and-shoulders glamour closeup in sepia tone of the blonde starlet, with facsimile inscription and signature near bottom. Near fine. Minor silvering. Undated but of 1930s vintage. A great pair. .
