Hambrecht, founder of the Lincoln Fellowship of Wisconsin, who notes that he purchased it in 1921 for $2.50! First edition, a quite nice copy. Not in Monaghan. SABIN 12200 (in which "U.L.A." -- Union League of America -- is mistakenly transcribed as "U.S.A."). .
