In fascicles 17-22, published in six volumes between 1955-58, Wolfgang Helck completed the series through the reigns of Amenhotep II to that of Horemheb. The first 16 fascicles of the series, contributed by Kurt Sethe, contain the records of the 18th Dynasty through Thutmosis III. Helck also translated the Egyptian texts into German. The present "Übersetzung zu den Heften 17-22" was published in 1961. It concludes the extensive work of the translation which began in 1914 by Kurt Sethe.
