First volume reprinted with amendments, 1914. It is an official copy, interleaved with blank pages which serve as additional pages for corrections and amendments. Many such additions are tipped-in onto these blanks, corrections and cross-out of no-longer valid regulations are made in pen. Very scarce set with the additional 7 addenda volumes, making a total of 8 volumes. Seven volumes are bound together; the Amendments to Part II is loosely inserted. 004-3 .
