[AND:] The present copy includes the rare 21-point Thesis Statement (Octavo, Pp. 8, self-wrappers), loosely inserted. The dissertation, translated from the Dutch manuscript, was published simultaneously in "Studies in the History of Religions, Supplements to 'Numen' V". [Provenance:] From the library of Egyptologist Prof. Dr. Herman De Meulenaere (1923-2011), who kept inside the book for 20 years Zandee's (1914-1991) death announcement letter. M-5 .
