This part deals with the use of artillery in river-crossing situations based on the experience of the Maas (Meuse) crossing on September 1st. Loosely inserted is a nice contemporary hand-drawn and coloured map of the area, scale 1:50,000, obviously made by a dedicated cadet or military historian. With troops' positions, etc. 005-8 .
