Here he discusses trachoma, a blinding disease that became a problem in Europe especially during the period of the Egyptian Campaign (1798-1802) and the Napoleonic Wars 1798-1815), when soldiers returning from Egypt spread the "Egyptian Eye Disease" first in their army barracks and from there in the towns and cities of Europe. Not in Morton. H-2 OUT .
