Plus 10 folding lithograph maps and battle plans, mostly printed in two colours, some large, all loosely placed in rear pocket. Approbation leaf with the Kaiser's facsimile signature. Footnotes, 7 appendices. Set in Gothic type. Modern green stiff wrappers with the original printed wrapper and the the regiment's Crest laid-down. In a fine state of preservation. Excellent copy with superb plates and folding maps, by far the brightest we have ever came across. ~ Second, revised edition; the first published in 1889. The 6 chromolithograph uniform studies are by G. Kriekel, printed by C. L. Keller of Berlin. With excellent cartography which, in this particular copy, comes as an independent set of maps, allowing practical and comfortable viweing. G-4 OUT .
