Edges of spine are starting to split and fray, and the spine ends are a bit ragged-looking. Light rub marks and scratches on front and back covers. Early owner's gift inscription on blank front endpaper, dated 1878, and old price sticker in front. Mild foxing on and around the plates, but text otherwise unmarked, and binding still tight. Illustrated with black and white portraits of selected poets. Good .
