Contemporary mottled calf, spine nicely gilt, with red morocco title-label; gilt border around covers (corners sl. rubbed, a few very sl. rubbings); marbled endpapers. 160 pp. with frontispiece and second lithographed title. With 14 lithographed plates and for each Station woodcut (cross) in text and some other headpiece woodcuts. Text in French. Paper sl. browned in places (mainly fort he plates), but on the whole a charming copy.
