Description: t'Amsterdam, Gedrukt by d'Erfgenamen van Joan Blaeu, Gedrukt by d'Erfgenamen van Joan Blaeu, 1689. 4to (23x19 cm). Contemporary blind vellum (soiled). (viii:blank), 70,(ii:blank),(viii:blank) pp. The xvi blank pages: 2 endpapers and 6 leaves added by the binder. (Outer lower corner of about 20 leaves damaged with loss of some paper, but repaired; 2 leaves seriously soiled (grey-brown). - On title old annotation 'Dit boek is door Jan Wendt gegeeven'. With old annotations and many corrections and strike outs with pen or quill (of Jan Wendt?) and a few later ones with pencil. - Paper with nice watermark: standing lion with bundle with with arrows with text 'Vryheyt' , within round crowned circle with text "Pro Patria... '. - Interesting copy, in spite of the defects, of the only edition published by Pieter Blaeu and held by 1 WorldCat member worldwide. Only a few copies in archives of the 'Evangelisch Lutherse Gemeenten'. . Gewicht/Weight: 400 grs.
