Contemporary halfleather, spine gilt, with title-label (foot and top spine sl. dam.; hinges sl. rubbed); leather cornerpieces (sl. bumped); covers with decorated paper (a few rubbings). (iv) pages (title and table) and 26 etched plates: 22 plates with illustrations of vases, bronzes and medals and 4 other plates: plan, coloured by hand and 3 views of "Salle de Réunion", Salle des Seances" and "Le grand Escalier". - Brown spots, mainly marginal and stamp on title of J.S.Piquet, a former owner, but on the whole a good copy of the very rare atlas-volume. - The text-volume (264 pp.) is not present. . Gewicht/Weight: 850 grs.
