First issued in hardback from 1975 and several times reprinted, each volume is a tall, handsome octavo in distinctive green and gilt dustwrapper, with introduction and notes by recognised authorities and the map of Wessex first drawn by Hardy hinself. INDIVIDUAL VOLUMES ARE NOW INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION.
