A PRESENTATION COPY FROM THE AUTHOR WITH HIS LENGTHY SIGNED HOLOGRAPH INSCRIPTION ON FRONT FREE ENDPAPER:. 'I hope that you will not find as many holes to pick in this book as we found in the bottom of the boat in which were supposed to travel down the Ganges.' The dustwrapper of this title is notoriously prone to browning and chafing due to poor lamination; there is virtually no trace of this here. VERY SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
