Full set of this outstanding series compiled and illustrated by some the leading warship historians of their generation. Each volume provides a detailed technical and operational history with valuable photographs and excellent illustrations depicting camouflage and colour schemes. Essentially a successor to Bivouac's Ensign series and forerunner of Conway's later 'Anatomy of the Ship' series.
