This scarce pamphlet accompanies the exhibition of artefacts and announces the sale. The SS Median was lost when torpedoed by a German U-boat off Devon on 28 April 1917. In 1987 Consortium Recovery salvaged eighty cases of possessions belonging to Lord Carmichael, Governor of Bengal. VERY SCARCE.
