Description: George Bell,, 1898. 8vo., Fourth Edition, on with a frontispiece in photogravure, title in red and black, and very numerous plates; handsomely bound in contemporary full blue calf, sides with double frame border stopped at corners with rosettes all in gilt enclosing a blind frame border, back with five raised bands tooled in gilt, second compartment with red leather bale ruled and lettered in gilt, all other compartments elaborately tooled and ruled in gilt, gilt edges, gilt doublures, marbled endpapers, very neatly rebacked with old backstrip laid down, binding mildly age-worn at extremities else a very good, bright, clean copy. Nice copy in firm period binding.
