B&W Illustrations; This book is in Very Good condition and has a Very Good- dust jacket. The book is in generally clean, bright condition, but has noticeable rubbing and wear to the spine ends and corners of the book covers. The text pages are clean and bright. Both front and end papers have noticeable spots of glue that have bled through the paper (mostly to the inner hinges). The dust jacket has edge tears, smallish chips missing, rubbing, wear and spots of wrinkling. The rear panel of the dust jacket has some generalized light toning as well. "George Agnew Chamberlain (March 15, 1879 – March 4, 1966) was an American novelist and former diplomat. After leaving the diplomatic service, he became an author and published over 40 books, primarily during the 1910s and 1920s. Several of his novels, including The Phantom Filly, inspired films such as Home in Indiana and April Love. " (from Wikipedia). Very Good in Very Good- dust jacket .
