This brochure uses the Tom Moony trial as it's backdrop to give an alternate view of Labor relations - Jim Osborne states he was unfairly removed from the trade union for his behavior and actions against the union. "This is the story of the man who says he was denied the right to work at his craft as a union man, denied the right to earn a living for himself, wife and eight children, the right to associate with his own kind of men and the fellow wage earners, etc. Through a ninety-nine year sentence of supsensionby the union to which be belonged.
