This book is in Very Good condition. The book and its contents are in generally clean, bright condition. The covers have some light rubbing and edge wear along with several tiny edge nicks. The text pages are clean and bright. There is a three inch tear starting at the bottom edge of the front endpaper and traveling upwards. There is some loosening to the inner spine hinges and the front spine hinge has cracking starting.
