The booklet is in Very Good- condition. The covers have some light bumping and rolling to the spine ends and corners. There is a previous owner's inked name on the bottom edge of the front cover, and some generalized darkening to the covers. The rear cover has several splotches of either foxing or liquid staining. The text pages are clean and bright. Included are portions on drying fruit and vegetables with both heat and steam evaporators or by sun, moisture content information curing and storing, and a section on using the dried products in recipes like Prune Rolls, jellies and Jams, and more.
