The text pages are mostly clean and bright. This copy has been removed from the library of the Bohemian Club - it bears the bookplate of the Bohemian Club with a removed from Collection stamp on it. The front inner hinge is slightly loose. "Although Lieutenant Robert's modest preface makes little reference to the exploits which he has lived through, the readers of the extraordinary story which follows may care to know a few personal facts at the outset. It was in 1914 that this adventurous young American enlisted, and it was early in 1915 that he reached the Western Front.". Very Good .
