After publication of Daisy Greig's life story in 1978, many readers wrote to her and the publisher asking for more details of the incidents related briefly and this book is the answer to that request. It offer the reader a series of delightful recollections ranging from Edwardian days until the 1970's, touching on encounters with personalities, royals and otherwise, her narrative evokes the atmosphere of the periods of which she writes.
