Description: .: 8. Bruxelles, A. Tessaro, 1850, in-folio, 43 x 29,5 cm, lithographed title + 22 full page lithographs. Half cloth binding (restored), original printed boards preserved, endpapers renewed, some fine spots at a few plates, small tear in the margin of the first 4 plates repaired but a fine/good copy. This album contains 22 lithographies numbered 1-3,5-6,8,11,12,14-16,18,22-26,28-32. A complete album of the first edition contained 60 plates. This is the third edition, the first under this name. We have not been able to ascertain how many plates there should be. (See Van der Marck pp.126). .
