( Symon Vincent) (see Delalein pp. 120-123). Most of the initials and the illustration on ff2 are rubricated. Printed in two colums. Bound in later full vellum with blind tooled decoration. Edges painted red. Fine copy. USTC 112945. (rare, only three entries); Adams A.1225; Baudrier X204 ( with illustration). Both bibliographers (Adams & Baudrier) , allthough they give the correct collation don't mention the second text in this publication (qii/recto - r8s4) which is the ''Tractatus de Societatibus '' by Angelus de Periglis. Antonius of Florence (Antonio Pierozzi) also called ''de Forciglioni'' (1389 - 1459) entered the Dominican Order at Fiesole in 1405. He became archbishop of Florence in 1446. This work is one of three highly regarded manuals he wrote to serve as an aid to Roman Catholic confessors. Angelus de Periglis, born in Perugia, died in 1446. His tractatus was first published in Siena in 1493 by Henricus de Harlem. Fine copy of a very rare post-incunable. .
