This monthly periodical was devoted to the publishing and book business in Belgium. In this very intresting period when the French language and culture still dominated the Western world( middle of the 19th c.) Brussels was , after Paris, the second largest publishing and typographical centre in this French-speaking world. Extremely rare complete set in very good condition. .
