With the manuscript ex-libris of the Jesuit college of Embricae ( Emmerich in German of Emmerik in Dutch). USTC 110946 & USTC 110945 ( First editions ). The author, born in Frisia ( Northern Netherlands) studied theology and law in Louvain and Paris. He became law professor at the newly founded Douai University.. .
