Tipped in on the first fly leaf is an invitation for a meeting in Namur on 15th dec. 1860 to discuss the project. The very finely made map shows the actual state of the Belgian railway system and the proposed railways. It shows also in the left corner a map of the West-European railway system. Rare early printed project to extend the Belgian railway system , with an interesting map. Text in French. .
