On 27th Jan. 1808 France received finally its first national Land Register law (Imperial decree). The origin of the idea went back as early as 1679 when Colbert tried to install a national system. This publication is the first systematic classification of all the legal articles, published in intervals since the imperial decree of 1808. The author Hennet (1758-1828) became in 1804 involved in this project when he entered the French '' Ministère des Finances''. Fine copy of the original edition.
