The copy of the ''Bayrische Staatsbibliotheek , München contains two errata pages page [ ¨. 5V] and page [ ¨.6 R ] . In our copy page [ ¨. 5V] is still blank, and leaf [ ¨.6 R,V ] does not exist.. .
