Description: .: S.l. (Belgium), artist E. Coché , some of the drawings are dated (1877 - 1878), oblong album with black cloth boards, spine repaired. The album contains 18 full page landscape drawings, fully worked out , some heightened with white wash (farmhouses, trees, castle ruins...) The watercolours are of a somewhat lesser quality and unsigned . We were unable to identify the artist E. Coché. Interesting specimen of a 19th century sketchbook with landscapes etc. most probably drawn in Belgium. .
