Binding with some wear, interior with some slight stains but on the whole still a good copy. Complete year of a rare Antwerp art periodical. Contributors include T. Hannon, George Eekhoud, Lucien Solvay , L. van Keymeulen... Among the illustrations are calotype portraits of the Antwerp painters Jan Swerts and Jacob Jacobs.The periodical contains lively articles on the Antwerp and Belgian art scene, especially on art exhibitions such as ; Salon de Gand, d'Anvers, de Paris, Cercle Artistique, Charles Verlat, ... In all 7 years were published (from 1878-1884). .
