Text in German. First edition of this epoch making study on industrialization. (See Stammhammer "Bibliographie der Social-Politik" Jena 1896 page 498). The author was director of the '' Zentralstelle für Gewerbe u. Handel in Württemberg '' ( Central Agency for Trade and Industry) and is considered to be the father of modern industrialization in Germany. One of its most famous pupils was Gotlieb Daimler. .
