Antinov) + halftitle + woodcut portrait of Borodin + (2) + xvi (Ouverture) + 372 pp, contemporary half , gilt decorated and raised back, some wear, especially the leather at the top of the spine, marbled endpapers, private ex-library stamps, some notes in ink on the third page. Still an acceptable copy. This is the version for piano and voice by F. Blumenfeld a.o., with the Russian text and translations in French and German by A. A. Alexandrov. The opera was unfinished when Borodin died. It was completed by Glazounow and Rimsky-Korsakow. .
