Old supple vellum binding with traces of ties, small marginal loss of paper at the upper corner of the first 15 leaves, manuscript ex-libris on the title page (Douval -?- dated 1696), small 19th century circular ex-libris stamp on title (Bibliotheca..Ste Margarete) , a nice copy without stains or browning. Cornelius Jansenius (Hulst 1510- Gent 1576) was the first bishop of the dioscese of Ghent (1568). He was doctor in theology and participated at the Council of Trente on behalve of the university.
