Description: .: 2. Large poster printed in colour depicting a double-decker airplane with English markings over a map of Germany with industrial areas indicated. Rare poster edited at the end of World War I obviously in an attempt to motivate German troups not to yield ground in Belgium. The poster has been sent by post and bears at the back an address label and a date stamp (Frankfurt 14 August 1918, addressed to Oberstabsartz Lubowski in Wiesbaden). Size 80 x 60 cm. The back of of the poster has been extensively repaired with adhesive paperstrips covering a small hole and some creases. (The gum of the adhesive strips does not affect the paper).
