Two parts in one volume ; (I) title + woodcut portrait on verso + (36) + 285 + (1)(bl) ; (II) Notae, auctore C.Ritterhusio, 1597, 219 pp + (1)(err.). The second part with a separate title page with the year 1597. Bound in old half vellum, spine covered with a later stroke of vellum, some old underlinings, upper margin short, at some places shaved into the text, but still an acceptable copy. With a manuscript ex-libris on the title page '' L.F.Griesinger 1823''. Among the many contributors also Janus Gruterus and Justus Lipsius.USTC 661082.. .
