Buildings featured include Drayton House, Northants; Belton House, Lincs.; various colleges at Cambridge and Oxford, Beverley Minster; Hampton Court Palace; Traquair House Peebleshire; Holyrood Palace, Hopetoun House; Donibristle House, Fifeshire. Some bumping, wear, soiling to covers, spotting to front and rear endpapers, otherwise contents fine, unmarked. Armorial bookplate of Sir James Miller, 2nd Baronet, of Manderston. The dedicatee, John Kinross, was the architect who extensively remodelled Manderston in the early 20th century. The author, Bailey Scott Murphy, worked for Kinross at the time of this publication, and assisted in the works at Manderston. [637]. Very Good.
