Signed by the printer Paul Kavanagh and by the paper-maker/publisher Ian O'Casey. [6], 116 pages text, 14 plates including one folding as called for + duplicate of plate 2. Laid-in is a typed letter signed from Ian O'Casey apologising to the original purchaser for the error and offering a replacement copy, together with an original prospectus for the edition.
