Description: S.I., P. Noordhoff, s.n. [circa], 1962. he 1952 GSM (General Service Medal) is a silver medal, 36mm. wide. The obverse shows the crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse shows a Nike (allegoric figure of victory) presenting an oak leave wreath to a kneeling warrior. The 32mm. wide ribbon is dark green with 2 outer stripes of deep purple. This medal has been awarded to G. Armstrong, further data are undisclosed. A very good copy of this Service Medal.
