LOOSELY ADDED a carbon-copy, A-3 sized, 22 lines with the coloured letter-head of the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture, Lima, officially signed in ms. in ink and stamped at tail, addressed to the Agricultural Conglomerate Pampa Whaley Ltd., in which official consent is given to draw water at a speed of 1 cubic metre/minute from the river Huatzireki/Rio Perené, on behalf of irrigation to be used by two Agricultural Estates, both carbon copy typewritting requests have been also included. An interesting spanish language, with occasional english text, illustrating preliminary research on behalf of a Cooperative venue of Agricultural development of the project Pampa Whaley, District of Perené, Province Chanchamayo. Very well preserved.
