Besides a number of [planned] crop production and exports this report holds a 70pp. draft budget as an appendix. Compiled by command of the [dutch colonial] Transmigration Board. Although other pre- second world war studies have been published with as subject matter the colonization and transmigration to the dutch territory of New Guinea, this report supersedes all previous ones, whilst it was clearly understood by the dutch ministry of colonial affairs that Indonesian sovereignty was irrevocable. Transmigration, colonization and economic development of New Guinea thus became a priority. A very important report, WITH the original Wall-map. Very good copy. Rare.
