Although there is a rubber-stamp of the Official Tourist Bureau at Weltevreden on upper wrap., we are inclined to think that this is an offprint from Sluyter's Magazine. Interesting. A good copy. (vertical centre fold, rubber stamp and signature on upper wrap.).
