This is the story of their journey, walking across Siberia, Mongolia, including the Gobi Desert, China, over Tibet .. where they were well treated, given food & lodging, then across the Himiayas into India, and freedom. 240 pages with 2 maps of their journey. Near fine, no inscription or marks, but paper is slightly brownish. Very good d./w. but corners are torn, and edges are chipped. 1956
