It is connected with the Guilds and about 'Vogel Gryff' ( Griffin bird ) with striking head-dresses and costumes. There's a ' Wild Man' who has ivy leaves & red apples on his head & carries a tree, someone is dressed as a lion and 4 energetic characters called ' Hären-Ueli', are dressed in jester costumes. They cavort through the town, sail on the Rhine etc. Signed by author on f.e.p. Near fine illustrated board covers. Pocket inside back cover contains the music, & 3 colour prints of the characters, taken from photos in book.. 1971
