Contains several maps, plans and facsimiles of letters and documents, many folding. Some foxing to the fore edgesof a couple of the volumes . Volume 6 with some mild foxing to the first few pages, otherwise clean and bright throughout. Overall very good set. Publishers dark blue cloth bindings with blind ruling and lettering to front boards. Spines lettered in gilt. Boots label to the front board of volume six and edges scuffed.
