A little rubbing to the top and bottom of the spine cloth and a vertical crease down the length of the spine but generally a sharp and clean copy, the gilt still bright and vibrant. Decorative map endpapers drawn by Shepard and showing all the Characters homes. Top edge dyed green. A very good example of this lovely book.
